Here’s an elevated, vegetarian appy to add to your repertoire! With rich ricotta cheese, juicy cherry tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar, it uses simple ingredients and it’s super easy to whip up. But trust me, the result is pure sophistication. Let’s turn those tomatoes into a party, shall we?

Ingredients

Toppings (optional): balsamic reduction

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Thinly slice baguette. Arrange slices on pan. Brush tops of slices with    1 12 tbsp olive oil. Bake 4–5 min. Remove from oven and flip baguette slices over. Brush with another 1 12 tbsp oil and bake for an additional 4–5 min, until crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine ricotta with dip mix.
  4. Slice cherry tomatoes into quarters and place in another medium bowl; toss with remaining 1 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Spread ricotta over baguette slices. Top with cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic reduction, if desired.
