Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Cook gnocchi in a large pot according to package directions or until they float, about 3 min. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in Sauté Pan over medium heat, cook beef until browned. Add Italian Meatball Seasoning; stir to combine. Once meat is cooked through, transfer to a bowl; set aside.
  3. In the same pan, heat oil. Add gnocchi. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 min. Add garlic, chili flakes, and SPG Seasoning. Stir to combine; sauté 1 min.
  4. Return beef to pan. Add tomatoes and spinach. Simmer, stirring occasionally until spinach is wilted.
  5. Add sauce. Bring to a boil. Top with Parmesan, if desired.
